Beyond Aspirations FZ LLC

1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of beyond-aspirations.com and any services you book with Beyond Aspirations FZ LLC ("we", "us"), registered in the RAKEZ free zone, UAE (licence number 52000634). By using the website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
If we sign a separate proposal or agreement with you, for example for a Fractional HR retainer, that agreement takes priority where the two differ.
2. Our services
We offer Fractional HR support, HR advisory sessions such as the People Decision Review, and leadership coaching. Details, prices and what is included are set out on the website, on the booking page or in your proposal.
3. Free exploratory call
The 30-minute exploratory call is free and comes with no obligation. It helps us both decide whether we are a good fit.
4. HR advice is not legal advice
We give HR guidance based on professional experience and good practice. We are not a law firm, and our advice is not legal advice. Where a situation needs it, we will recommend that you get advice from a qualified employment lawyer. All decisions about your business and your people remain yours.
5. Coaching
Coaching is a partnership. You remain responsible for your own choices, actions and results. Coaching is not therapy or counselling, and it does not replace medical, legal or financial advice. I adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics.
6. Bookings, cancellations and rescheduling
Booked sessions are reserved for you.
To cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without that notice may not be rebooked or refunded.
If we need to reschedule, we will offer you another time as soon as possible.
7. Fees and payment
Fees: prices are shown in the currency on your proposal.
When to pay: paid sessions must be paid before the session. Retainers are invoiced as set out in your agreement.
Tax: prices exclude VAT where applicable.
Charges: you are responsible for any bank or currency-conversion charges.
8. Refunds
Ending early: if a coaching or advisory package ends early, unused sessions can be transferred.
Single sessions: a single session that has been booked is not refundable.
9. Confidentiality
We keep everything you share with us confidential. We only disclose it with your consent or where the law requires it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
10. Intellectual property
Our materials: templates, frameworks, workbooks, videos and other materials we create remain the property of Beyond Aspirations. You may use them inside your own business, but you may not resell or publish them without our written permission.
Third-party materials: some coaching tools, such as the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment, belong to their owners and are used under licence.
11. Website use
The website content is for general information only and is not advice for your specific situation.
You may not copy or reuse the content for commercial purposes without permission.
Links to other websites (for example LinkedIn or YouTube) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
12. Our liability
Results: we work with reasonable skill and care, but we cannot guarantee specific results.
Indirect losses: we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business interruption.
Cap: our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service concerned.
What we cannot exclude: nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
13. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and RAKEZ Freezone. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it by talking directly. If that fails, the dispute goes to the UAE Courts.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on the website at the time you book will apply to that booking.
