What is the ELI? The Energy Leadership® Index is an online assessment developed by iPEC. It takes about 20 minutes and is only available through iPEC-certified coaches. It shows the attitude and energy you bring to work and life: how you lead on an ordinary day, and how that shifts under stress. As featured in Forbes as one of the assessments every executive should take.
Is it a personality test? No. It measures how you’re leading right now, which means it can change.
Can my business pay? Yes. You can pay yourself, or I can invoice your business.
Is it confidential? Yes. What we talk about stays between us. If your business pays, it will only know that our sessions took place, never what we discussed.
When do I pay? By card, when you book.
Do I have to continue after the Leadership Pressure Review? No. It stands on its own. You leave with your results and next steps whether or not we work together again.
