1. Who we are

Beyond Aspirations FZ LLC ("Beyond Aspirations", "we", "us") is a company registered in the RAKEZ free zone, United Arab Emirates (registered address: FDBC3243, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, AL Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates; licence number: 52000634). We provide Fractional HR, HR advisory and leadership coaching services to businesses and individuals in the UAE, the UK and elsewhere.

We handle personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, where it applies to people in the UK, UK data protection law.

2. What personal data we collect

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number, company name and job title, when you email us, book a call or become a client.

  • Booking details: the date, time and any notes you add when you book an exploratory call or a People Decision Review through our online booking page.

  • Client information: information you share with us while we work together. For HR work this may include information about your employees or job candidates. You choose what you share.

  • Website usage data: IP address, browser type, device, the pages you visit and how long you stay, collected through cookies (see section 7).

  • Payment details: We do not store card numbers on our website.

3. How we use your data

  • To reply to your enquiries and arrange calls.

  • To provide our services and manage our relationship with you.

  • To send invoices and keep financial records.

  • To improve our website.

  • To send you updates or resources, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Our reasons for using your data

We use your data when you have given consent, when we need it to agree or carry out a contract with you, when we must keep it by law, or when we have a legitimate business interest that does not override your rights.

5. Information about your employees or candidates

When a business client shares information about its employees or candidates with us, we use it only to give the HR support the client asked for, and we keep it confidential. The client is responsible for having the right to share it with us.

6. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host (Squarespace), our booking and email tools (Google Workspace), our payment and invoicing tool (Stripe). We also share it with professional advisers, or with authorities when the law requires it.

Some of these providers store data outside the UAE, for example in the UK, the EU or the US. Where we can, we use providers that protect data to recognised standards.

7. Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Necessary cookies make the site work. Analytics and advertising cookies are only used if you accept them through the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with "Manage cookies", or through your browser settings.

8. How long we keep your data

  • Enquiries: up to 12 months if you do not become a client.

  • Client records: for as long as we work together and for 5 years afterwards, or longer where the law requires it (for example, financial records).

  • After that, we delete or anonymise your data.

9. Keeping your data safe

We use password-protected accounts, access limited to the people who need it, and reputable service providers to protect your data. No online system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information. If a data breach is likely to affect you, we will tell you.

10. Your rights

Under the PDPL and, where it applies, UK data protection law, you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of your data,

  • correct it,

  • delete it,

  • limit or object to how we use it, including for marketing,

  • send it to you or another organisation in a portable format,

  • withdraw your consent at any time.

To make a request, email contact@beyond-aspirations.com. We will reply within 30 days. If you are in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page, with its effective date.
